I became friends of Jessica and McKenzie back in the Ocean Branch days. Jess was always a bright light and full of energy! How I loved her spirit! My heart hurts and I pray that her family will be able to feel some sort of peace during this sad time.

I will always remember Jessica. She inspired my testimony of the Book of Mormon. She was a friend in one of the most nostalgic times of my life and an inspiration to our little group in Santa Cruz. Our family sends our love and prayers to yours.

So sorry and shocked to hear about Jessica’s death.

We first met and became close while living in Massachusetts in 2001 and have been in contact through the years including attending her sealing in the SLC temple. Our last contact was a few weeks before her death.

She was bright, fun, and had a knack for making people feel important and loved. I will miss her dearly.
