My heart is breaking right now for all of the family. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all! I just know Grandpa was waiting for her with open arms and so very happy to be together again! She was a beautiful soul and I'm so glad she can rest peacefully now in the arms of God and her loved ones that were waiting to greet her! I consider myself to have been blessed to be able to know her and have her and Grandpa share some beautiful and funny memories with me! Again, I am so very sorry!
