Dylan T. Muldoon

Dylan T. Muldoon age 18, of 2026 Hampshire St. in Quincy died on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 10:50 a.m. in his home. He was born September 16, 1997 in Quincy, the son of James T. Muldoon and Dawn (Clapper) Muldoon Whitcomb.

Dylan was a Senior at Quincy High School. He currently worked as a lifeguard at the Kroc Center, and he had worked at Scotties.

He was a member of the Crossing and enjoyed participating in activities there.

Dylan loved playing hockey, he played football as a freshman and sophomore, he wrestled, ran track and cross country. He was always active, and liked to go hunting, refereeing and had recently started sky-diving.

One of the first words that come to mind when describing Dylan is gracious. He was likeable, outgoing and helpful to his friends, family and teachers. Dylan had the innate ability to make people laugh, and he had many lifelong friends.

He is survived by his mom and dad, Dawn Whitcomb and her husband Charles, and James "Jim" T. Muldoon and his girlfriend Felicia Kindhart all of Quincy; a step-brother, Charles Whitcomb, Jr. of the U.K. Maternal grandparents, Judy Wegehenkel and her husband Roger all of Quincy; and Gary G. Clapper and his wife Julie of Payson; and Jackie Whitcomb of South Africa.

Aunts and uncles. Amy (Jamie) Veach of Quincy; Neal Muldoon and his girlfriend Cindy Muller of Queens, NY; Margaret Muldoon of N.J.; Mary Muldoon of Yonkers, NY; and Mike (Cathy) Muldoon of Mahopac, NY. Cousins, Sawyer Veach, Jennifer Quinones, Kevin and Michael Muldoon; Michael and Aiden Muldoon and a second cousin, Joleen Gomez.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Benjamin and Mary Muldoon.


Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at The Crossing, 48th & Maine Streets. Private Interment will be at Greenmount Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Crossing. Dylan's family requests that memorials be made to the Dylan Muldoon Memorial Fund, in lieu of flowers. Sorry for your loss! Dylan was a very very good friend of mine, sorry I'm getting back really late, it's just taking me awhile to process all of this. I know it's been almost 6 months but it's gonna be okay.. I still can't get over any of this.. It has taken me almost 6 months to get over this.. But I'm sorry!!
