Left Behind/Moving Forward

A support group for those who have suffered a loss by suicide.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month

From 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

At: Transitions of Western Illinois 4409 Maine Street Quincy, IL

Sponsored by the Adams County Suicide Prevention Coalition, a joint project between Blessing Hospital & Transitions of Western Illinois

H.E.A.L. (Grief Support for Adults)

There are two H.E.A.L. support groups that meet monthly.

1. Meets on the 3rd Tuesday at 7:00 pm

in the Blessing Hospital Chapel

at 11th & Broadway Quincy, IL 62301

 

2. Meets on the 1st Thursday at 1:00 pm

 in the Quincy Senior Center

SHARE (grief support for the loss of a child)

There are two different SHARE groups that meet in Quincy and focus on different types of child loss. 

Please see the descriptions above each to determine which group you should attend.

The SHARE group for the loss of a child at any age, under any circumstances:

Meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm

in the Blessing Hospital Chapel 11th & Broadway Quincy, IL 62301

The SHARE group for perinatal loss (loss of a child through miscarriage, still birth or infant loss):

Meets on the 3rd Thursday at 7:00 pm

in the Blessing Hospital Chapel

The Good Grief Dinner Club

This grief group is coordinated by Brother Ed Arambasich, O.F.M. 

Please contact him for specific details as this group meets weekly for dinner at varying locations.

Meets every Monday at 5:00 pm
